Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Junior Business Analyst with expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SQL to join our team in the Banking industry. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in the Banking industry and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Roles:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using Microsoft Power BI and SQL to provide insights and recommendations to improve business processes and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key performance indicators and trends to stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements for data analysis and reporting.
- Design and implement data models and queries using SQL to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI to visualize data and identify patterns and trends.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and data mining to support business decision-making and strategic planning.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the Banking industry.
- Expertise in Microsoft Power BI and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
