**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler with expertise in Erwin and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data models to support business requirements and ensure data integrity within the organization.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements.
3. Design data structures and relationships to support business processes and applications.
4. Ensure data models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
5. Work closely with database administrators and developers to implement data models in databases.
6. Conduct data quality assessments and identify opportunities for data improvement.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members on data modeling techniques and best practices.
8. Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and technologies in data modeling and healthcare industry.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain complex data models to support business requirements and data governance standards.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data models.
3. Ensure data models are optimized for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
4. Work with cross-functional teams to implement data models in databases and data warehouses.

6. Document data models, data dictionaries, and data lineage for reference and compliance purposes.
7. Provide training and support to team members on data modeling tools and techniques.
8. Participate in data governance initiatives and contribute to data management strategies.

**Skills:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data modeling using Erwin.
3. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in SQL, database design, and data warehousing principles.
5. Experience working in the Healthcare industry or with healthcare data is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
