Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler with expertise in Erwin and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data models to support business requirements and improve data quality and integrity.

Roles:
1. Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin tool.
2. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and developers to understand data requirements and design solutions.
3. Ensure data models are efficient, scalable, and aligned with industry best practices.
4. Perform data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
5. Participate in data governance and data management initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement data models for various healthcare applications and systems.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
3. Perform data modeling activities such as entity-relationship diagrams, data flow diagrams, and data dictionary maintenance.
4. Conduct data model reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.
5. Collaborate with database administrators to implement and maintain data models in production environments.
6. Participate in data migration and data integration projects to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data modeling using Erwin tool.
3. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and SQL.
4. Experience in the Healthcare industry is highly preferred.
5. Knowledge of data governance and data management principles.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
