**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a talented Healthcare BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the Healthcare industry and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Roles:**
- Develop and maintain healthcare-related BI solutions using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Design and implement data models, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Optimize and enhance existing BI solutions to improve performance and usability.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.

**Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements.
- Design and develop data models to support reporting and analysis.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Optimize queries and data pipelines to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BI solutions.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end users on how to use BI tools effectively.

**Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics and BI development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes.
