**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Healthcare BI Developer with expertise in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting in a healthcare setting.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain healthcare data models and visualizations using Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design BI solutions that meet the needs of healthcare stakeholders.
3. Implement data governance and security best practices to ensure the accuracy and privacy of healthcare data.
4. Conduct performance tuning and optimization of BI solutions to improve data processing and reporting efficiency.
5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics to continuously improve BI solutions.
