Description

**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a talented Data Modeler with expertise in Erwin, Informatica, and data modeling tools to join our healthcare industry team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong understanding of data modeling principles.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin and other data modeling tools.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather and analyze data requirements.
3. Design data structures that support data warehousing, reporting, and analytics initiatives.
4. Ensure data models are optimized for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
5. Work closely with data architects and database administrators to implement data models in production environments.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Design and implement data models for healthcare industry applications, including electronic health records, claims processing, and population health management.
2. Analyze and document data requirements, data flows, and data mappings for various healthcare datasets.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models align with business objectives and technical requirements.
4. Perform data quality assessments and recommend improvements to data governance processes.
5. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data modeling, data management, and healthcare informatics.

**Skills:**
1. Proficiency in data modeling tools such as Erwin, Informatica, and SQL.
2. Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
3. Experience working with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7).
4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
6.
