**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Analyst with expertise in Erwin, Microsoft Azure, and SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry and possess strong analytical skills.

**Roles:**
- Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain data models using Erwin
- Utilize Microsoft Azure for data storage and analysis
- Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics

**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and implement data models to support business objectives
- Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse
- Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings
- Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Provide expertise and guidance on data governance and data quality issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data security and compliance with regulations

**Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare analytics
- Proficiency in Erwin data modeling tool
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
