**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of data visualization and analytics.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
3. Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics.
4. Create interactive dashboards and reports for internal use.
5. Optimize and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure optimal performance.

**Responsibilities:**
