**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working in the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of data visualization and analytics.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
3. Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytics.
4. Create interactive dashboards and reports for internal use.
5. Optimize and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure optimal performance.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in BI development.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Work closely with business users to understand their data needs and requirements.
2. Design and develop data models to support reporting and analytics.
3. Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
4. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate BI solutions with existing systems.

7. Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in the BI space.
8. Ensure data security and compliance with industry regulations.

**Skills:**
