• End to end project management (potentially of multiple projects).rnrn• Responsible for estimating, planning, organizing, and overseeing the completion of the data workstream project tasks while ensuring the project is on time, on budget, and within scope.rnrn• Adept in using MS Project to plan and/or JIRA for project management. Owns the project plan.rnrn• Monitor and track progress of data related project tasks and activities based on overall project plan & provide status updates to leadership & client (Daily stand- ups). rn• Managing teams in India, Dubai, USA & Canada.rnrn• Responsible for managing resources & driving day-to-day activities.rnrn• Manage Scope, Schedule & change requests of the project. rn• Coordinate project activities between stakeholders internal (Business and IT teams) and external (Vendor) to ensure completion of activities in line with the project plan.rnrn• Effectively communicate on the progress and status of the project tasks.rnrn• Monitoring & controlling the deliverables. rn• Sourcing of resources for the projectrnrn• Perform constant health-checks of the project with stakeholders, identify, report, and propose mitigation approaches for risks to project deliverables and timelines.rnrn• Serve as liaison between Head of delivery and consulting, senior executives, senior tech leads, regarding all aspects of PMO for projects and programs, proposals, and project planning.rnrn• Lead/Coordinate workshops and working sessions to gather business requirements, data mapping (ETL mapping) and data validation.
