**Job Brief:**
We are looking for a skilled Analyst with expertise in Tableau to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong analytical mindset.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize and analyze engineering data.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create data visualizations that meet business needs.
3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive decision-making.
4. Provide technical support and training to users on Tableau best practices.
5. Stay up-to-date on Tableau features and updates to continuously improve data visualization capabilities.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Design and build interactive dashboards in Tableau to track key engineering metrics.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
3. Perform data cleansing, transformation, and modeling to ensure accuracy and consistency.
4. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process optimization.
5. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
6. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity and security in Tableau solutions.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operation of Tableau dashboards.

**Skills:**
1. Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
4. Experience working with large datasets and complex data structures.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
7. Familiarity with SQL and other data querying languages.
