Description

Job Brief:
We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler with expertise in Erwin and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating data models that support the organization's data needs and requirements.

Roles:
1. Develop and maintain data models using Erwin based on business requirements and data standards.
2. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data models.
3. Ensure data models are optimized for performance, scalability, and data integrity.
4. Validate and test data models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Provide guidance and support to development teams on implementing data models in databases and data warehouses.

Responsibilities:
1. Design and create conceptual, logical, and physical data models using Erwin.
2. Analyze and document data requirements and data flows.
3. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
4. Collaborate with data architects to align data models with overall data architecture.
5. Ensure data models comply with data governance policies and standards.
6. Participate in data modeling reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
7. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data modeling.

Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in data modeling using Erwin.
3. Strong knowledge of data modeling concepts and techniques.
4. Experience working in the Healthcare industry is preferred.
5. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9.
