**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau to join our team in the Healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in developing BI solutions and a strong understanding of data analytics in the healthcare sector.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and implement BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
3. Design and create data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
4. Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
5. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business performance.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in BI development.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
2. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
3. Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations.
4. Conduct data analysis to identify key metrics and trends in the healthcare industry.
5. Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
7. Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and solutions.
8. Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in BI development.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BI solutions in a timely manner.

**Skills:**
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
2. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
3. Experience working in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of healthcare data sources and regulations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Experience with SQL, Python, or other programming languages is a plus.
