Description

**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau to join our team in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in developing BI solutions for healthcare organizations.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau.
2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models.
3. Create interactive dashboards and reports to visualize data insights.
4. Implement data cleansing and transformation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
5. Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Design, develop, and test BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau.
2. Work closely with business users to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Create data models and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
4. Develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with BI solutions to ensure optimal performance.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.

**Skills:**
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau.
2. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices.
