**Job Brief:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with expertise in Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau to join our healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry and a strong background in developing BI solutions to support data-driven decision-making.

**Roles:**
1. Develop and maintain BI solutions using Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau to analyze and visualize healthcare data.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design data models that meet business needs.
3. Extract, transform, and load data from various sources to create meaningful insights for decision-making.
4. Create interactive dashboards and reports to present key performance indicators and trends in healthcare operations.
5. Optimize BI solutions for performance and scalability to support large datasets and user base.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest BI tools and technologies to continuously improve data analytics capabilities.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Design and develop data models, ETL processes, and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau.
2. Collaborate with business users to understand their data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
3. Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation to ensure accuracy and consistency of healthcare data.
4. Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
5. Document technical specifications, user guides, and best practices for BI development and implementation.
6. Train end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data visualizations effectively.

**Skills:**
1. 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer in the healthcare industry.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects, and Tableau.
3. Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization techniques.
4. Experience with SQL, T-SQL, and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
