Our client is a leading bank in the Middle East committed to establishing robust MDM and Data Governance practices. We are seeking experienced freelance consultants with expertise in Talend tools to join our team and contribute to the success of our MDM and Data Governance initiatives.

Project Overview:

We are embarking on a critical MDM and Data Governance project and are looking for knowledgeable consultants to provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in utilizing Talend tools. The chosen consultants will collaborate with our teams to design, implement, and optimize MDM solutions while ensuring alignment with data governance best practices.

Responsibilities:

· MDM Solution Design and Implementation:

· Collaborate in the design and implementation of MDM solutions using Talend MDM.

· Ensure the alignment of MDM implementations with overall data governance objectives.

Data Governance Framework with Talend Expertise:

· Contribute to the development and enhancement of the data governance framework, leveraging Talend tools.

· Define and document data governance policies, procedures, and standards within the Talend environment.

MDM Data Modeling and Integration:

· Design and implement MDM data models, leveraging Talend tools.

· Integrate MDM solutions with other systems and processes using Talend Integration Suite.

Stakeholder Collaboration with Talend Tools:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using Talend expertise, to understand MDM and data governance requirements.

· Effectively communicate MDM strategies, data governance principles, and best practices using Talend.

· MDM Optimization and Performance Tuning:

· Optimize and fine-tune existing MDM solutions for performance using Talend tools.

· Provide recommendations for ongoing improvements and enhancements.

Requirements:

· Proven experience as an MDM and Data Governance Consultant with a focus on Talend tools.

· In-depth knowledge of MDM solutions and data governance frameworks.

· Strong proficiency in Talend MDM, Talend Integration Suite, and related Talend tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

· Ability to assess, prioritize, and lead MDM and data governance initiatives using Talend.
