One of our client is a Telcom company committed to maintaining the highest standards of data governance. We are seeking an experienced Data Governance Architect with a strong background in the Informatica tool to contribute to the success of our data governance initiatives.     Project Overview: We are embarking on a crucial data governance project and are in need of a skilled Data Governance Architect to provide expertise, especially in utilizing the Informatica tool. The chosen freelancer will play a key role in designing and implementing an effective data governance framework, ensuring data quality, privacy, and security compliance.     Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Data Governance Framework Using Informatica:
•  Architect and implement a comprehensive data governance framework leveraging the capabilities of the Informatica platform.
• Define and document data governance policies, procedures, and standards within the Informatica environment.
• Utilize Informatica for Data Quality Management:  Leverage Informatica tools, particularly Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), for monitoring and improving data quality.
• Work collaboratively with teams to identify and resolve data quality issues using Informatica.

Collaborate with Stakeholders Using Informatica Expertise:

•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, using your Informatica expertise, to understand and address data governance requirements.
• Effectively communicate data governance principles and best practices, emphasizing the use of the Informatica platform.

Informatica-Based Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

•  Conduct assessments using the Informatica tool to identify and mitigate potential data governance risks.
• Develop and implement strategies within the Informatica platform to address data governance risks.

Ensure Data Privacy and Security Compliance with Informatica:

•  Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security standards, using the Informatica platform.
• Implement and monitor data access controls and encryption protocols within Informatica.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience as a Data Governance Architect with a focus on the Informatica tool.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, particularly using Informatica.
• Strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess, prioritize, and lead data governance initiatives using the Informatica
