Description
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and presenting business data to support informed decision-making. You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments, using your analytical skills to uncover key insights and trends that drive strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
- Interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for business improvement.

- Design and develop interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
- Customize reports to meet the specific needs of different business units and stakeholders.

Data Visualization:
- Utilize BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to create compelling and easy-to-understand visualizations.
- Communicate complex data findings in a clear and accessible manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Work closely with business users to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting requirements.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of key business metrics.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Understanding of database management systems and data architecture.
