• Accountable for end-to-end production support for the ETL tool deployments. • Analyze and resolve customer concerns and problems on the Product Set up or Usage or Upgrades, diagnose the root cause, and document interactions. • Perform backend metadata updates and maintenance using SQL scripts. • Provide on-call and ongoing troubleshooting, technical, and software advice and suggestions. • Support remote and local upgrades, installations, and maintenance. • Responsible for creating a product support plan to provide maintenance. Oversee product deployments, overview the security and integrity of the product to minimize privacy concerns. • In depth Functional knowledge of the product application(s) supported and inter dependencies. Perform research as required to address questions. • Quickly responds to incident alerts and support calls. Identifies, and coordinates with teams that are critical to the event’s resolution. • Acknowledge and respond user queries in timely manner and make sure all emails and user request through ticket should resolved withing given SLA. • Direct communication with client’s team and will liaise closely with internal team to reproduce and resolve issues. Own customer technical issues from initial report to resolution, root cause analysis, communicating with customers regularly regarding tickets status and implementation status. • Extensively research and document customer technical issues. • Responsible for the periodical maintenance of the application in operation. • Debug data pipelines for any job failure and handle job failure & its dependency to avoid application impact. • Run monitoring reports for usage, performance, and/or availability. • Document solutions for knowledgebase and bring new ideas for innovation and automation excellence into the Support team.
